01 Will the resume pass an ATS?
All five resume layouts passed a 15-of-15 linear-parse scan at 97–100% on the eight platforms hiring teams actually use: Greenhouse, Workday, iCIMS, Taleo, Lever, BambooHR, SuccessFactors, and Oracle Recruiting Cloud. Single-column body, no document-level tables, standard heading hierarchy. Skills are listed inline as text, not as visual meters. Real-world parse fidelity depends on the company's specific ATS instance and any edits you make.
02 Why two prices — $14.99 on Etsy and $17.99 on Gumroad?
Etsy listings include a platform fee absorbed by the seller, so the Etsy price is $14.99. Gumroad's checkout fee is split differently, so the Gumroad price is $17.99. Both stores ship the same DOCX bundle and the same PDF previews — pick the checkout you already trust.
03 What's inside each kit, exactly?
Five documents per kit: one premium resume tuned to the cluster, plus four supporting documents a working professional in that role actually files (planners, trackers, forms, or labels). Every file ships as editable DOCX and as a printable PDF preview, plus a one-page about-promenow.docx that explains how to edit each file.
04 Can I use a CareerFit kit if I'm not a teacher, nurse, or admin?
Each kit is tuned to its cluster — section labels, sample content, and supporting documents are written for that specific audience. Other roles can absolutely edit a CareerFit kit, but the language and the supporting forms will feel off-target. A general-purpose CareerFit kit is on the roadmap.
05 What software do I need?
Microsoft Word is the canonical editor — every kit is tested in Word and the typography matches what Word renders. The DOCX files also render in Google Docs and LibreOffice without breaking layout. Export to PDF from any of the three when you're ready to ship.
